Although some models have an automatic lubrication device, it is necessary to check whether the lubrication pipeline is smooth; ② When clamping the glass, the clamping force should be appropriate. Too loose will affect the grinding quality. If it is too tight, the load of the machine will increase, and the phenomenon of shaking and crawling will easily occur. It is easy to break the glass when grinding thin glass. The large glass is clamped on the machine for testing, that is, the glass is clamped in the middle of the machine, and the glass is moved with both hands when the machine is stopped, and the clamping force is adjusted to just when the hands cannot be moved. 2. Precautions when using the glass special-shaped edging machine ① Whether the height of the suction cups of the special-shaped machine workbench is consistent has a great influence on the grinding effect. During assembly, the manufacturer has carried out self-grinding on the five sets of suction cup seats, and selected suction cup glue with the same thickness to keep the height of each suction cup consistent. Therefore, generally Do not disassemble or assemble the suction cups under any circumstance. Precautions when using the bilateral edger ①The double-sided edging machine is a relatively inferior edging machine. Under normal circumstances, do not dismantle and repair, so as not to mess up the program and cause production stoppage. 4. Precautions for the use of the moulding machine ①The mold of the touch machine has a great influence on the grinding accuracy. The working surface of the mold must be accurate in shape and size, and the finish must be high. If the special-shaped mold is based on the template, the transition must be smooth. Causes and solutions ①Causes: Too much margin on the edge of the glass or too fast conveying speed. Solution: It is recommended to reduce the glass margin by 1-2mm on one side, and adjust the conveying speed of the belt according to the thickness of the glass. ②Cause: The glass did not enter along the fixed side by the wheel, which caused the unilateral grinding wheel to break the glass. Workaround: Readjust the fixed side and moving side wheels. ③Cause: The angle of the diamond wheel is not correct (ie, the rear foot is ground). Solution: The front foot of the grinding wheel excessively cuts the lower edge of the glass, and the rear foot cuts the upper edge of the glass (with the film feeding direction as the front, and the film output direction as the rear foot). ④Cause: The grinding wheel used has quality problems, poor cutting force, and the sound of grinding glass is too loud. Solution: Replace the grinding wheel and re-adjust the cutting ratio of the grinding wheel. ⑤Causes: The cooling water pipe is blocked, the grinding point is not aligned, or the cooling water is not enough, resulting in insufficient water pressure, and the grinding wheel cannot be cooled. Solution: Remove sundries and glass powder from the water pump, water distribution pipe, grinding wheel water pipe, etc. ⑥Causes: The bearing of the grinding head motor is damaged or the clearance of the bearing is too large, which causes the radial runout and axial jump of the grinding wheel. Solution: Replace the damaged or excessively large motor bearing in time. ⑦Cause: The rough grinding base of the equipment is loose for a long time, and vibration occurs during the glass cutting process. Solution: Reinforce the side of the motor base and fasten the screws to make the motor slide forward and backward flexibly without vibration. ⑧Causes:Positioning misoperation to break the glass Solution: adjust the photocell or travel switch. 3. Preventive measures ① Before grinding the glass in each shift, raise the pressing frame to a certain height, check whether the water pipe is in the correct grinding point, turn on the water pump and check whether the water pipe is smooth and the water pressure is large enough. ②Before batch processing of glass of different thicknesses, first confirm the cutting ratio of the grinding head with a piece of glass whose thickness is the same as that of the processed glass. Check to see if the upper and lower edges are chipped or not.
