Product Features Introduction
1. Automatic Detect Table measures glass sizes and sends data to adjust sizes settings automatically instead of manual input method to increase the processing efficiency of mixed sizes orders.
2. The width adjustment is driven by servo motor + high precision ball screws. The width change speed is max to 12 m/min, and the width repeat precision can reach ±0.1 mm/m.
3. Processing speed for glass of 4,5,6 and 8mm thickness and grinding volume of 3mm is max to 20 m/min.
4. Each side is equipped 13 wheels. All grinding wheels are set with servo automatic feeding, all polish wheels are set with automatic compensation function and do not need to adjust by manual during processing to ensure the stability of processing speed and processing quality.
5. Oversize Detect Device: it is set to detect if the actual glass size exceeds the limit (wrong size or with fin on the edge), and the machine will decelerate or stop according how much the size exceeds to prevent glass broken or grinding motors burnt.
6. The placement of the grinding motors are set more reasonable, and the grinding process is set more scientific (solo patent) to ensure the processing quality under high speed production.
7. Grinding motors are specially designed with structures of multi support points and integrated wheel base with motor shaft to ensure the working stability and working life for long term.
8. Bottom timing belts are set with 304 stainless steel holders with high installation precision and high working life to 10 years. It can ensure the transfer stability of the bottom timing belts and decrease the service cost for replacement of holders.
9. It can be connected with Loader, Unloader, Washing Machine and other machines to increase processing efficiency and save labor cost.
